The state of Virginia has recently passed legislation to legalize some aspects of cannabis possession on July 1st, 2021 and to work towards creating a recreational cannabis market by the year of 2024.
It is very important to become familiar with current state laws and regulations concerning cannabis growing, possession, sale, and consumption in order to stay safe and use responsibly.
